Owner, attorney (L), PhD fellow in synthetic data and AI
Hi. My name is Mathias and I'm the owner of decode law.
In all previous employments, I have advised clients (from startups to publicly listed companies) in tech related matters, namely within IT, IP and data protection law. Furthermore I have extensive experience in IP litigation, can appear before the Danish High Courts, and can handle complex disputes, IT acquisitions, outsourcing and license negotiations.
Besides owning decode law I'm currently doing a PhD at Aalborg University as part of a larger group researching in synthetic data. Also, since 2022, I have taught the masters course, IT and Internet Law, at AAU together with prof. Jan Trzaskowski.
Besides work I like basic stuff, like spending time with family and friends, running and reading a physical news paper and novels.
